1. General
By booking a photography session with Kajetan Sumila, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a smooth collaboration and a clear understanding of our agreement.
2. Payment
After the shooting you will receive an invoice. The invoice must be paid within 30 days. Payments can be made via bank transfer.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me at least 14 days in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed price.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, illness), we can discuss rescheduling options at no additional cost.
4. Copyright & Usage
All images remain the intellectual property of Kajetan Sumila. Clients receive a license for personal and commercial use. In both cases Kajetan Sumila has to be mentioned as the creator.
5. Editing & Delivery
- Photos will be edited and delivered within the agreed timeframe.
- Additional editing requests beyond the agreed service may incur extra charges.
6. Liability
While every effort is made to capture the best images, I am not responsible for unforeseen issues such as technical malfunctions or client tardiness. In the rare event of an issue on my end, a reshoot or refund may be offered at my discretion.
7. Agreement
By booking my services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
